Voyager should have vented Neelix into space like they did to the Leoben Cylon in season 1 of nuBSG.

And Janeway should have been executed like Zarek and Gaeta in season 4.

Seriously, BSG was everything Voyager should have been. It didn't have to be as dark, but they could have made some attempt at realism.

It never felt like they were stranded on the other side of the cosmos, caught in a unique and desperate situation.

It just felt like TNG leftovers re-heated in a microwave.

Throw in Q, the Borg, some Klingons, some Romulans, and ape the Picard/Data dynamic with Janeway/Seven.

The finale even featured time travel like the TNG finale!

Dayton diddnt like the space battles.
