He lied under oath. He was charged with two counts by the House, and impeached on one, lying about his relationship with Monica Lewinsky. Hillary of course can be charged with at least half a dozen counts of perjury, such as when she lied and said she turned over all work related documents to the State Department, when she lied and said she never sent or received classified e-mails, when she lied and said she never sent or received e-mails that were marked classified, etc. She can also be charged with destruction of evidence, evidence tampering, and numerous violations of US records laws. And she could be charged with a host of illegal pay-to-play schemes involving kickbacks, conspiracy, bribery, and corruption.
