I don't think this game will run on my PC, so I was hoping someone at WF would review it... before I delve into online reviews. The game looks fantastic from the trailer... I've been playing Doom 3 and classic Doom in anticipation for this game, and I've got to say that the gameplay for the older games is much more enjoyable, I think the chief difference being that in classic Doom you can waste a lot of bad guys at once, while Doom 3 was moslty limited to one or two bad guys at a time. The new Doom looks like a return to classic Doom gameplay but with updated graphics; this would be awesome if that is indeed what the game is like.
Help! I'm stuck on E4M6 of Ultimate Doom and the cheats aren't working! I've tried searching but for this version of Doom (the BFG edition) you have to use the console to activate cheats... except, how the fuck do I do that? Now I'm stuck pushing random keys trying to get the thing to work. Any ideas?
It didn't at first, i had to do some digging and had to change some of the games .cfg files just to enable cheats.
At least it's not a gamebyro engine game. I use cheat engine and some old school hxd to but cheat engine is amazing.
