For one, you were ordered to use another teacher's lesson plans. You also have a rather poor history with your other schools, which have been documented. You're also a probationary teacher, and there are certain steps the school and school board have to follow to have a teacher dismissed. Your four hour commute is a direct effect of you poor history.

So yes, it most likely has been documented. You have a work history where all of your sanctions and reprimands have been documented, and you're public employee which means they can be found and looked up by anyone.

Neat. $43,000, minus what you've already been paid, minus 1/3 of that for your lawyer, minus the state and federal taxes, should leave you with about enough to get you through three months. Of course, you won't collect a dime for a year and a half so that'll be a problem.

Other than that, you'll be rich!

Nice to see so many in the Wordforge "community" are openly hoping that I suffer a financial calamity in real life.

Obviously the well wishing when I was hospitalized was simply sanctimonious hypocrisy on the part of most here except for El Chup.

I realize that you'll be utterly incapable of grasping this, but I'm going to say it any way, just so that it's absolutely clear to anyone who might take an interest in this (you know, because you were dumb enough to attempt to sue someone over something). There is a giant fucking difference, and I mean like greater than your idea of Jesus and your idea of Hillary Clinton, between someone who has a problem through no real fault of their own (your foot getting infected) and someone doing something so utterly stupid like pointing a loaded gun at their head and pulling the trigger. In the former case, people are more than willing to say, "Damn, let me help you," because they recognize that you didn't choose to have an infected foot, it just happened. In the latter case, folks are going to say, "Here's your Darwin Award," because you actively chose to do that. That you're incapable of seeing the difference in the two situations speaks volumes about the kind of mental damage you have.

    God you're stupid.

You were the first to mention anything about being dismissed and that you would use a lawyer to get the rest of your salary. You're a probationary teacher, one of the reasons you can be dismissed from your job is incompetence. Incompetence is inability to do a job, you don't get paid for failing to do what your contract states you are required to do. All that was pointed out is that hiring a lawyer would not be cost effective, if you can find one and that there is most likely documentation about your inability to do the job. Being ordered to use another teacher's lesson plans is one huge indicator of that considering that you have already have had your ability to create a lesson plan that meets state guidelines. And that is on public record.

How do you plan on telling the school board that they have to pay for your lawyer, to collect on something that you failed to complete as outlined in your contract.

It's all fake. He has no objectivity when it comes to you. He lives to tear into you. He thinks you're awful.

He justifies his hypercritical behavior by ending every paragraph with "but I'm just trying to help, p.s. You're and idiot".

How you think he's a friend is beyond me. I would never associate with friends like that narcissist.

The "long march through the institutions" was effectively completed before the 80s resulting in Western education to be under the firm grasp of the most clever liberals and cultural marxists.

It's shocking how dramatically education has declined since. Ironic too that admissions and costs have increased proportionately.

When Bill Ivey boasts of "conspir[ing] to produce an unaware and compliant citizenry," he's referring to the liberal control of such institutions as compulsory education, academia, Hollywood, cable news, big publishing houses, the Arts, etc.

The internet has been the liberals' worst nightmare, but they'll probably get control of it one way or another. Just look at Twitter who would rather eat shit and go bankrupt than lose control of the liberal narrative (Facebook trending news scandal, google autocomplete scandal, etc.).

Looked at from a more objective way people have tried to help you avoid an easily foreseeable problem before it happens but you seem hell bent on driving off the cliff.

Okay Wordforge, this is a prime example of why I rarely visit anymore. I was surprised this morning to actually see a thread about education on WF. WTF, a real topic? Started by Dayton? And it went well almost the entire first page, except of course post 11 already started with stupid remarks about Dayton, trying to derail the thread. And hey, what do you know, from page 2 onwards that was all it was. You suck at discussion, Wordforge.

But to get back ON topic - maybe that is the result of fewer and fewer teachers lecturing in class? Doesn't that result in students having the attention span of canned tuna? They can't concentrate on someone delivering an argument without some fireworks (Clinton vs Trump) which is exactly what this thread shows. So it's no surprise 'reading' is becoming a lost art and students have trouble with theoretical subjects. I work as assistant to the board at a music school (conservatory), and the classes students fail without fail (ha) are the theoretical ones. But if they are not taught to sit down, listen and think until they are 18, how can we expect them to be able to form coherent opinions, express their thoughts, put those on paper? And yes, that is something even musicians are required to do in their careers. So yes, lectures are still very, very relevant in education. It is absolutely not the only approach that works - hands on 'doing' and 'seeing' are valuable tools as well, but you don't 'do' musical history - you listen to it - with music, yes, but with lectures as well.
