All too often the meat inside the sausage doesn't match what the label says. To summarize 20% of the sausage sold in Canada contains types of meats not written on the label. Alot of the turkey sausages actually had cheaper chicken, some of the beef sausages actually had some pork in them, and one package labeled pork actually had horse meat in it.
