Nancy Reagan championed the "Just Say No" slogan, Barbara Bush took a pro-abortion and pro-gay rights stance, and Michelle Obama (who is also a lawyer, like Hillary) took a pro-gay rights stance. Laura Bush was really one of the only one of that group that wasn't political (save for the occasional campaign trail).
