Ordinarily I'd agree, but this person's raison d être is to rub GunForge's collective face in our past poo-pooing the idea of anyone ever successfully carrying out a mass shooting while bump firing. I could be wrong, but I don't see Castle doing that.

I think you might be reading too much into it. To my untrained eye it was bringing to our attention what an unhealthy fascination exists about guns around here, both pro and con. But if you can link to the posts where GunForge poo-pooed the idea of carrying out a mass shooting while bump firing, that might be entertaining. Nevermind, you're right. And you have the most well rationalized statements supporting your right to bump:

Might have given himself away by bumping the Sokar thread about Demiurge's meltdown. If there's one person anal enough to track all this stuff, it's Demi. The only fact against it is Demi would normally post 500 words of absolute toss to show off his vocabulary along with just bumping stuff.
I still think manually bump firing isn't an effective way of trying to shoot a lot of people...especially from hundreds of feet away, but these after market devices that allow you to do it somewhat accurately are different. It wouldn't bother me one bit if they were banned. I mean essentially they're causing the firearm to malfunction on purpose.
I stand behind what I said. You don't need Bump Fire to have a high body count. From the other old thread: And they still don't need it. You don't need such a tool to generate a high body count. See Orlando Night Club shooting for an example of a gun not having a bump fire tool on it. But one guy allegedly used it. Though it hasn't been confirmed yet. And the one picture shown of a gun in his hotel room didn't have it. So if this guy did use it he would be the first one out of hundreds of thousands of owners of the stupid thing to actually use it. And why hide behind a fake account?
99% of us here feel shame. Dayton and some other pricks can thus be eliminated, and indeed should be in a just universe.
