Perhaps they hate pedophiles and the only party that consistently tries to stop them from voting. :brood:

I don't know about anyone else but I vote Democrat because i hate white people and for whatever reason Democrats increasingly support policies that will eventually see the white Christian male castrated and humbled before his black and brown masters. It won't be long before Christian services will have to be performed in secret in outhouses all over rural America and wishing someone merry Christmas will be recognized as the hate crime it is. Praise be to Allah

A serious question from a Black Democratic voter.... Does racism exist? If so, what should we do about it?

Why should a black person vote for the party of Citizens United and the party that gutted the Voting Rights Act of 1964?

I know we do. The US Supreme Court agrees with me when they said that NC voter ID laws targeted black NC voters with "Surgical precision."

After Alabama passed voter ID laws, the SoS tried to close every last single DMV in the state where more that 75% of registered voters were black.

Let me explain how American politics works.

Person A get elected to >office<. Person A enjoys perks of >office<. Person A is determined to maintain >office< and attached perks, and also move to next highest >office< to increase same. Person A is concerned with Person A, and not much else, and being reelected becomes the be-all and end-all of their existence. They will say or do anything that serves that goal. Want people to vote for you? Promise them whatever they want promised to them. Hence, pandering.

Oh, and the miracle of the Democratic Party is how they went from the party that wanted to keep slavery as a Thing AND fought like hell to defeat the Civil Rights Act of the 1960s to the party that the vast majority of black voters support. That is some pure-grade sorcery right there.

When is the last time you saw a Democrat waving a confederate flag?
Of course when you're an ignorant cuck it would seem like a miracle to you but the truth is nothing much has changed. A majority of Democratic lawmakers voted in favor of the civil rights act which is never something you assclowns ever mention. Republicans voted in favor of it by a greater majority which is true, but northern democrats voted by an even greater majority than them. It was overwhelmingly southern lawmakers of former treasonous confederate states who opposed the civil rights act and we all know to which party those states favor today. So really nothing much has changed. Southerners are still the assbackwards, inbreed fucktards they've always been.

Not really. Basically, Democrats sacrificed the white working class vote in the so called "Solid South" for the votes of African Americans nationwide. LBJ himself admitted that supporting voting rights would kill the Democratic Party ultimately in the south.

In a sense the change began in the 1960 election between VP Nixon and Senator JFK. Martin Luther King Jr. was jailed during that election cycle and it was rumored that he might be murdered while in custody. Nixon did not want to intervene as it could be seen as showing a lack of faith in the Eisenhower Justice Dept. while Kennedy and his connections made serious efforts to secure the safety and freedom of MLK.

In October 1960, when King Jr., was arrested at a peaceful sit-in in Atlanta, Robert Kennedy telephoned the judge and helped secure his release. Although King Sr. had previously opposed Kennedy because he was a Catholic, he expressed his appreciation for these calls and switched his support to Kennedy. At this time, King had been a lifelong registered Republican, and had endorsed Republican Richard Nixon.

IIRC it was then MLKs father who said he had a pocketful of votes that he was going to deliver to Kennedy.

Come on, Lanz. You know there's way more to it than what you just said.

The real miracle is how all the racist of the DNC in the 1960's found their way to the Republican Party after a Democratic President fought his own party to pass the Civil Rights Act. LBJ said then that the Democratic Party would loose the South for an entire generation, but he was wrong.... It's still going on today. The DNC hasn't won the white vote in this nation since then.... but of course, racism doesn't exist anymore. :busheepballoons:

Mostly because Republicans make it perfectly obvious that they have no interest in any issue blacks are concerned about. Also, Republicans really are the home of all the conservative racists. It has been that way since the great realignment.
