Only problem? Mike Pence is in the photo, and he was in Lima at the time. Now, I wouldn't put it past Trump to have a cardboard standee of Pence on hand for him to bounce opinions off ("You agree with me, don't you Cardboard Mike?" "Yessir!") but Sarah should really know the difference between cardboard and reality, having lived with THAT father. Edit: she's since "clarified" that this was the briefing AFTER the attack, but that don't square with her "last night we put our adversaries on notice" tweet.
Technically she didn't say which briefing the picture was from. Which is lame, but no lamer than a newspaper using a file photo for a story about a current event.
This isn't the first time she's done something like this. Last Thanksgiving she posted a stock photo of a pie and passed it off as her own homemade pie. This move deserves an even bigger eye roll.
Strangely enough, Dayton3 is righ! Sir Patrick O'Brian, (whoever that is), is wrong. The whole "Sarah Huckabee Sanders posted a stock image of a pie" thing was false, and the person who made the accusation even deleted all of her tweets about it.
That won’t stop @Sir Patrick O'Brien and his ilk from still claiming it to be gospel truth because they love to make stuff up about people and claim it to be true all of the time.
