Let's be honest here, all religions are not equal in America. If you are a variation of Christian you're mostly ok. If you're a Jew you just about have a shot because of Israel and the wealth of the Jewish lobby. Otherwise, you're pretty much fucked.

I am sick of this idea that any commentary on the political position of Jewish people in the world is a stereotype. The Jewish community in America is disproportionately powerful. It is not a racial stereotype to recognise it. I never, and would never, play into the stereotype that all Jews control the money.

Similarly this is why I don’t play the game the Israel is immune from criticism for its politics - another game played by the American Jewish lobby.

Well to be honest I can't find fault in the "seven tenets". They are really just a more realistic & inclusive version of the ten commandments. No "because I said so" attitude either - kinda nice for a change!

They are so not. No God, no authority, no property, no respect for your elders, and two tenets clearly contradict slavery.

I assume that you are being sarcastic......if not, then "realistic & inclusive" was my point. These are tenets anyone can apply to themselves and would (if strictly followed) result in a better society overall. The ten commandments are for the most part excuses to throw souls into eternal hellfire.

I wonder what makes Christians that want to erode church/state seperation piss their pants more...Baphomet statues....or Muslims wanting the call to prayer over a PA system for every church bell.

The way social conservatives lined up to drink deeply from Trump Fountain puts a mockery to their assertions that things like public Ten Commandment displays aren't about religion but are instead about morals and traditions of law.

If they want to have public property reinforce their religion then others are equally allowed to try and do the same thing.

These rules seem generally sensible to me, but have little to do with Satan or any religious perspective.
