Now he has to pay thousands in lawyers fees, will probably be convicted of a felony and face the consequences of that which means he will never legally be able to own a gun again, and restitution means he will pay for a new balloon on top of any fines he receives. Every time he applies for a job he will have a felony on his record and his name will be easily searchable showing he is out of control and prone to violence.
