If The Patrol Car's Rockin' Don't Bother Knockin'

Utah cops may soon be barred from spankin' it while on duty.

I'm thinking that it must be a pretty common issue if they have to make a rule against it.

This being Utah, I'm surprised this isn't a law already.

I am a bit on the side of the cops on this one. It is one thing if it is problematic to their duty, but if they got the moment and they want to rub one out don't fuck with them. Maybe if they touched themselves a little more often they would be more relaxed and better people.
