I wonder if this is some sort of Banksy-like deal and people will start finding these "monoliths" popping up in all kinds of strange places?

The USPS dropped one off at my house by mistake today. In their defense it sort of looks like the Hello Kitty toaster I ordered.

ahhh moab. Butch Cassidy land. Spent lots of time there jeeping the trails in canyonlands and surrounding BLM land. This is no small effort. No jeep trails nearby.

There's another alien artifact just north. Purple Patch ain't normal.

Oh, no, I think I can. There's nothing about these monoliths to indicate that they're anything more than shit we humans slapped together. If you're going to want to convince me that these are things from aliens, then you're going to have to produce the bodies. Both living and dead, of the beings that made them.

Nope, I only have to prove that humans didn’t put it there. There’s no evidence that they did or didn’t.

While eliminating the possibility that it could have wound up there as the result of something easily explained, like it fell out of plane or was blown there by a wind storm of some kind. To name but two ways it could have wound up in that spot without humans or aliens deliberately placing it there.

Not really. Proving human beings didn't do it would pretty much require it to be aliens (since they pretty clearly are not objects set up by animals).

Of course, proving humans didn't do it would be extraordinarily difficult, so maybe that would fit the claim of "extraordinary proof" after all...

I don't know what to say the monkeys won't do.

This is actually a shiny object all the idiots of the world are looking at.

Seriously people, don't put it in your mouth. You have to give this advice to adult toddlers or they might try to eat it.
