Trumpite Americans, when will you finally acknowledge your leader is a joke?

Oh is it? Is that your opinion of how I would react or could you prove it in court? That's what I thought, you're talking out your ass....just my opinion of you of course.

huh? My kids would see me watching somebody I don't even know testify? How would that be shameful? Granted if that were me or Paladin on TV testifying you might have a point. Yes the testimony was weak sauce no doubt about it.
Maybe you missed my comments on putting Trump's voter fraud investigation on the back burner because the Georgia runoff is much, much more important. It's a done deal....pending any overwhelming evidence Biden is HMIC.

Maybe you missed election night but the Democrats (overall) got BODY SLAMMED! :D Their blue wave fizzled out into a trickle. If the Georgia runoff goes as planned the Democrats will be sucking hind tit for quite a while. I see no reason to not be optimistic as a motherfucker.

That said if Trump wants to continue to "fight the power" that's his right. I'm not encouraging him. So yeah if you (or anybody) could explain why you are so livid about this and why you thought I would be overly concerned about it that'd be great!

Because it's even further polarising society, causing more rifts, undermining trust in perfectly solid electoral systems, getting innocent people threatened, directing time and resources away from far more important matters and highlighting just how childish the man who sits in the White House is.

    Indeed.

Sadly (and I do mean that) despite our best efforts we do still seem to be held in pretty high regard around the world.

Not sure why that is, but our main saving grace is having the self awareness to acknowledge our own absurdities. No one is more amused by us than we are.

Sadly many in the US don't even realise how little credibility their country has which doesn't come from having lots of guns.

It has to be said that when living in New York I got an insight into what Brad Pitt's life must be like.

That accent did me a favour or two....

I'm so glad someone helped @oldfella1962 recover his password. Lately, my Wordforge experience wasn't complete without the incoherent ramblings of an old man with brain worms, but thank you for fixing that.

So you see the dumpster fire, you know you are in the dumpster fire, you tell me that you are on fire, and you are wondering why I think you are part of the fire. You do realize this might be a case of deserved reputation for following a complete fuckwit for so long. Maybe you have learned something, but you are still acting like you were before and you need to stop. I find no reason to believe you have grown a brain.

Make some well-thought-out posts, which he has been doing. Granted, they're made from his rather narrow perspective on life, but if he can just avoid Whataboutism, I think there's a chance we can expand his horizons.

Also I want to see how he reacts when his worst fears about a Biden administration fail to materialize.

During Obama's term none of those awful things came about but that didn't stop the vast right-wing echo chamber from saying they did.

Yeah I'm not much enamored with targeting @oldfella1962 as the token conservative.

One thing that can be said is he's got the balls yo accept he was wrong on some things and still keep posting.

And if you ask him honest questions, as opposed to simply insulting him, he tries to give answers. It is also worth noting that the amount of insults he gives out in return is significantly smaller than the amount of insults aimed at him. That is a sign of someone who is not petty and rude, which is more than I can say of some posters here who happen to be much closer to my own political views.

update: I saw the rally (on TV not in person) and Trump was not a detriment to likely Republican runoff success. He spent way too much time lamenting the alleged fraud in the presidential election (no surprise there) but he did implore & encourage Republicans to vote in the GA runoff on several occasions, and SLAMMED the governor of GA much to the crowds agreement! Kemp is none-too-popular right now in the eyes of most GA Republicans. All-in-all Trump was typical Trump but stayed focused on the mission at hand: making sure Republicans understood the importance of keeping Senate control in Republican hands. I believe tomorrow (I thought it was today but today was the rally) is the actual debate. Purdue is sitting it out, which I don't think is a good idea but I guess we'll find out in a month.
So the only actual debate will be Warnock versus Loeffler which is projected to be the closer race anyway so I'm pumped up for that!

That's why I stayed out of the Red Room for a while. The personal sniping was getting childish and repetitive, and if I kept engaging in it I wasn't doing myself or anyone else any favors.
