I've seen some people suggest that the ceremony take place in a bunker or on an airplane like LBJ, but it's got to be as public as possible while still staying safe.

This ideat that we have to have it outside because we are strong and fear is not going to stop us is the same sort of stupid logic as I do not need a mask because I am strong. Putting aside the security risk that has not been fixed under trump's leadership, this is not the time to be gathering people in the cold of winter to see someone speak. The virus lasts the longest in cool and damp. Your body gets worn down by long term exposure to cold weather. From that standpoint alone do the responsible thing and do not do this.

On top of that there is no way the capitol police, the national guard, the secret service, and the trump administration have rooted out all the holes and security risks. We are just uncovering the infiltration of security by Trump loyalist terrorists. The real work will not get done until Biden takes office and pushes it. He is relying on the organizations trump has spent four years packing to be security when he speaks.

I hope we are wrong and everything goes great, even though I am not a Biden fan, but this tough guy act is really stupid when the US is already in huge chaos and an assasination might be the call to arms of the terrorists.

The question I have is whether or not harris Will be there with him. If the secret service is letting something like that happen at this point they are taking a huge risk.
