    He's not wrong about people from South Africa being caught at the southern border (people from all over the world have been apprehended trying to enter), but the number can usually be counted in single digits each year.

    I think you're forgetting the fact that every square inch of the planet outside of the US is considered a border country.

    And also every US state is considered a border state, no matter how far from the national border it is.
