Reminds me of the antebellum south. The sum total of morality there was wearing pretty clothes. You could commit all the atrocities you deemed fit, but your little general costume had better be clean and pretty.
Well, see, looting houses and killing civilians is all part of the fortunes of war. But showing up somewhere in the wrong clothes, that’s a faux pas.
I feel inclined to trust a person less in a suit in his situation. And maybe in all situations-like talk show hosts.
