I dunno, even among the nobility I'm pretty sure most people in the 16th century wouldn't have teeth that good.
Actually, the nobility probably had the worst teeth of all. They were the only ones who could afford sweet things on a regular basis (and that's what really rots your teeth). Queen Elizabeth is said to have kept a perfumed napkin in her mouth during her later years because her breath was so foul due to the rotten teeth in her mouth caused by her love of sweets. A lot of immigrants from third-world countries that I've known have very good teeth, and they go to extremes to take care of them. (All kinds of rinses, etc.) Even without having fluoride in the things that they do, I'm reasonably certain that it'd protect their teeth.
