Yes, we need a bipartisan effort to make a law holding SCOTUS judges to the same ethics and rules lower courts have. It is a sad and fucked up thing that every member of SCOTUS thinks they can govern themselves with no oversight or even way to punish offenders. Every one of them should be punished with ethics violations just for supporting the idea they are above the law.
FF is fine with this, since Roberts occasionally ruled against them. His two neurons will never get it on enough to wonder why, if nothing shady was occurring, Roberts didn't disclose these earnings of his wife, nor why the whistleblower was "encouraged" not to bring the point up.
