Getting Ready for Black History Month-Research Paper Suggestions

That black guy loitering all day in the convenience store! Hear me out on this:
maybe it's an Augusta thing, but every convenience store on or bordering "the other side of the tracks"
has a black guy (generally but not always with a toothpick in his mouth) leaning against something near the
checkout counter, eyeballing everyone who comes in, giving them the look like they are interrupting something.
They generally chat with the female clerks all day or locals that they know, in between eyeballing strangers.

Huh. Anybody know if Dayton was still teaching and what he might have discussed for Black History Month this year? Assuming, of course, he could figure out the whole Zoom thing.

I was on dialysis for four years. It's not fun. And from what I remember of Dayton's various medical issues, he is most definitely not a top tier transplant candidate.

Well, for one thing, all the papers about Bill Cosby probably got much more interesting.

My son recently taught his class about the Hamburg massacre right across the river in North Augusta. The sad part is the monument to the event commemorates the white casualty who ironically started the whole debacle!
