If there is no law, which there might not be, they need to establish one where you are not allowed to shoot your gun within a certain distance of a house or road, and you can add a self or home defense to that. The Assault rifle and shotgun rounds are very loud, and they travel. This is why states have hunting and shooting laws requiring you to do it away from people. If there is going to be a place in a residential area it needs to be enclosed and away from people like a range.

If a guy was shooting off their back porch in NY you can call the cops and they will enforce the law that you cannot shoot within 500 feet of a house. Texass is very lax on regulations, and that is why you would have some idiot shooting like this. You just do not want people shooting in certain areas because people are dumb as shit even if they are not trying to kill people. U dealt with paintball and see where even allowing those guns to be shot anywhere is a bad idea because you have stupid people playing paintball in public parks. Down here in the duh it is a thing, and people get hurt.

On the bussing the migrants to other states to deal with them, and putting up some cheapo barbed wire to hinder the movement of migrants over the border, I am not actually seeing the terrible problem here?

These people are not being pushed into the barbed wire by an armed force. The barbed wire is not invisible. I do not see how the barbed wire is making a huge environmental problem.

What is Texas supposed to do to deter people from crossing, or to cooral them into proper crossing areas where they can pick them up?

Many have pledged to send troops to help him repulse the FedGov enacting the SCOTUS ruling.

Now the Speaker of the House has publicly stated that SCOTUS should be ignored when they rule against Republicans.

Incidentally, even if it were true, there is another key difference between my ancestors and migrants today: My ancestors were allowed to work. There were no laws blocking them from working, buying and farming land, etc. Whereas today we throw up numerous legal obstacles to people working, and then when they don't work we whine about it, and when they do work we also whine about it, and demand that whoever hired them be thrown in jail.
