So the investigation into the documents Biden stole has concluded. Part of the reason he wasn't indicted is because he's too old and senile. He couldn't remember key events like when his son died. JFC! This is the President of the United States and there's still people on this board that will no doubt vote for him.
I had no doubt that they wouldn't charge Biden, but god damn, I didn't expect the excuse to be because he's too old. I bet the Nazis that still get prosecuted in their 90s wish they had thought of that. Now we wait for the excuses to come in 3, 2, ...

What are they going to charge him with? He gave them back when he found them. Yes, I believe it is really insecure to put the documents next to his bitchin camaro in his garage, but that is something they allow all presidents to do. You just cannot keep the shit when they tell you to give it back.

But you already knew that and are just mad because your wish daddy, orange droolius, was caught doing a lot more than just improperly storing the documents. Seriously, trump does not even know you exist and is not going to adopt your sorry ass.

while I'd tend to agree that the US needs a maximum age for the office and that Biden is well past it, it's notable you chose to include that soundbite rather than:

also notable is that you chose not topoint ou tthat the author of the accusations is

so not exactly an impartial reporter...

And yet the corpse of Joe Biden has somehow done a better job than Donald Trump ever did and isn’t a threat to democracy

In other words: The Republican special counsel is frustrated that he couldn't find a plausible rationale to indict Biden, so he was determined to find some way to insert derogatory statements into the public record.

Saying someone is guilty, but there’s not enough evidence to convince a jury that they’re guilty strikes me as 1) spiteful 2) defamatory even though I doubt a lawsuit could be successful 3) prosecutorial misconduct. :brood:

If it were UA, he'd say Biden's hairdo sucked, and his voice was faggy, and his fixing of the economy was performative morality, and then he'd invite Biden to give him sloppy fellatio.
So...for a MAGA stooge, actually not too bad.

Yeah, I wish there was someone a lot younger than either of the two main contenders running for president, but between them I'll take a guy who may be forgetful over a guy who's a genuinely bad person.

And if you don't think Biff is a truly awful individual by this point, then that probably makes you one as well. :bailey:

If Republicans are in charge and the focus of the investigation is a Democrat, the investigator will be a Republican.

If Democrats are in charge and the focus of the investigation is a Republican, the investigator will be a Republican.

If Democrats are in charge and the focus of the investigation is a Democrat, the investigator will be a Republican.

If Republicans are in charge and the focus of the investigation is a Republican ... there won't be an investigator, and they'll find a flimsy excuse to investigate a Democrat instead. And that investigator will be a Republican.

These two men aren't running for class president, they're running for president of the United States of America. I'm willing to bet that a good portion of Trump voters don't like his personality, but voted for him because they don't like Democrat policies.

Interesting that you focus on the personal commentary part, and not the part which states the reason it wasn't taken further is because he didn't do any of the things Trump is being pursued for:

    rrmR92I.png

And while Trump's documents were files of officially marked folders, most of Biden's were personal notes taken during meetings, where in revisiting them years later they realised "oh shit some of this might be classified, better hand them in"

This where I have to push back. The “Trump appointed” investigator did say that Biden did willfully retain the documents. You don’t accidentally take documents, a Senator, not President, from a SCIFfF. You don’t accidentally keep them in your garage for years and then only turn them over when you know you’re about to charge your political opponent with doing the same thing. They intentionally turned them over because they knew he had them and wanted to make it look like it was all above board so that dupes would say things like Beau is saying. Notice how nothing was said about why he had them or what he did with them? Did Hunter show them to China in exchange for payments? Is the retention of the documents a crime in of in itself? Is keeping them in your garage mishandling them? Is a senator allowed to just take them ? How about a VP? These are questions that haven’t been answered. I welcome the Trump court case because I suspect that Presidents have a little more leeway when it comes to these questions. But the liberal media has already come to a predetermined conclusion without a trial.

The Trump appointed prosecutor came to the conclusion that there was no crime committed by Biden. Not the liberal media. Despite that finding and the fact that there isn't even an indictment the prosecutor ran his mouth and smeared Biden. But you're okay with that. :waiting:

Shortly after denying any issue with his memory, he mixed up Egypt and Mexico. Last week he confused Mitterrand (dead for 30 years) with Macron.

I'd say this is probably normal for an 81 year old.

But all of this is going to add to a public perception that he's too old. Alongside his other issues. And the echo chamber isn't going to help one bit.

Let's say @Ancalagon is driving. He's going 47 and passes a sign that says "Speed Limit 40." He immediately slows down to 40, and then calls the police and says "I was going 47 in a 40. I'm sorry, would you like to ticket me?" The cop on the phone chuckles and says "I think we can let this one go, watch your speed."

@Steal Your Face is driving 40 over in a school zone with a BAC of .19. When he sees blue and red flashing be hand him, he sticks his hand out the window, flips off the cop, and floors the accelerator. FF accidentally shifts into first gear instead of fifth, fucks up his transmission, and slows to a stop. When the cops go to pull him out of the car, he's sitting there making car noises with his mouth, and insists they didn't catch him because he's driving too fast. He is immediately arrested.

Obviously, FF was only arrested because he was the subject of a witch hunt. Anc, on the other hand, was given special treatment. He was speeding, and he should have been arrested and his car impounded.
