Says the guy who wants Biden investigated on day one of 2025.
Says the guy who let his lawyer admit it would allow a president to murder his opponents.
And notice he says "the presidency" and not "democracy".

70 million fucking people think this is what a smart cool person looks like.
    Jesus tapdancing tittyfucking Christ.

I would bet all the quatloos that at some point there were stories on CNN and MSNBC about the origins of Covid and labs in Wuhan. And I would win all the quatloos because look what I found after about 5 minutes of Googling:

That's from a year ago. Are they following up on any of these because Emily Kopp recently published an article about it.

Did you read even the part of the article you quoted?

“Someone asked DARPA for money to do something with bats in Wuhan and DARPA said no” ain’t exactly a smoking gun.

How many articles should be written every time conservatives fail to find any evidence for one of their conspiracy theories?

In terms of Trump physically going to the Supreme Court for today's arguments, I can't say I would call it "chickening out." If he went itCOTUS would cause additional logistical problems to secure the location, and it would be bad spin if he did go. It would reinforce the Trump-as-bad-mob-boss notion that he was trying to silently intimidate the justices into ruling in his favor. Every expression on his face as the arguments went forward would be scrutinized. The press conference afterward would likely make clear he understood little of the actual arguments, And if SCOTUS rules against him it makes him look weaker, and if SCOTUS rules for him, it makes SCOTUS look weaker.

I suspect Bolton knows this and knows that Trump, like Marty McFly, hates to be called chicken. So he's trying to goad Biff int doing a probably bad move for him.

Trump, as shootER has established, is the model for BTTF's Biff.

    https://www.thedailybeast.com/back-to-the-future-writer-biff-tannen-is-based-on-donald-trump

But I also believe Trump can be goaded relatively easily, including by being called chicken like Marty McFly.

About the only thing Trump has in common that I can see is that he doesn't like to be called chicken and he has a short temper when provoked. If Trump had been in the Marty McFly situation where his mom had a crush on him, he totally would have boned her.

Surprised he didn’t go for an en banc appeal first, just to drag it out, but maybe with the ultra-short deadline he had (Monday night, after the Thursday ruling), he knew it would be rejected without any meaningful delay.

Edit: oh, he asked SCOTUS for a stay, and hasn’t actually appealed it yet. Clever.

State parties in chaos (Michigan, Arizona, Nevade likely more) and broke, national party struggling to raise money because Trump and his pacs are sucking up all the donations, now RNC about to be wholly owned by Trump who'll draw down all their money to himself, no Republican individually or via congressional campaign money is raising competitive to their Dem counterpart...
If they didn't have billionaire dark money they would be hanging up the Spirit Halloween sign...

and yet the corporate legacy media continually bang the drum about the Dems being in a bad spot because Biden (who's sitting on a mountain of donor cash) is old.
