I hope it's good. I feel like Deadpool and Spider-Man is the better pairing from a comedy perspective, but I accept that MCU Spider-Man is basically still a kid and that would make it unbalanced. Toby McGuire is the right age, though.
Good breakdown of the trailer here: https://gizmodo.com/breaking-down-the-mutant-mayhem-of-deadpool-wolverine-1851247437
Yeesh. Nobody noticed they're fighting in front of the 20 Century Fox logo? This is about to get She-Hulk level of stupid.
everybody noticed, which was kinda the point of putting that much of it so as to be discernible in the trailer. they slid the pegging joke into that same trailer. while yeah, i doubt you'll get the full frontals, fair money that DP'll grope somebody by the umm, second act.
Isn't the whole point of any version of Deadpool that they can TALK? That's why that version was so fucking unpopular to begin with!
Easter eggs. Cassandra Nova (bald telekinetic chick) made her base out of a dead Ant-Man. In the crowd of henchmen, Lady Deathstrike, Toad, and Callisto can be seen.
Wolverine in a bar being told that his kind isn't welcomed there. Hmm, is that just a reference to the first X-Men movie?
Did I see a Mad Max Fury Road easter egg in there? It looked like the truck where the guy was playing the flaming guitar during the chase? Anyway, the trailer makes me confident I will look to see this in the theater to throw some extra cash at this particular franchise which has yet to be fucked up by the powers that be. I do not want the MCU people thinking I want more of the phases after grimace and iron man got offed. I could go for some more deadpool action.
I read somewhere that Brie Larson and Tatiana M. were complaining that they had cameos that were being messed with. Of course that could be clickbait to get people who hate them/their characters with the fire of 10,000 suns to be like "Good."
