The ruse came to an end when the second man pulled the sheet down to find Sfeir cowering on the ground in a black wig, and he was later arrested. Ontario Court Justice Cathy Mocha convicted the 33-year-old of two counts of sexual assault, given that the victims had been misled about the identity of their sexual partner. On Friday, she sentenced him to 28 months in prison — 14 months for each count. On the other hand, unless the victims were minors and/or mentally disabled, I can't imagine them agreeing to this sort of arrangement not recognizing or at least heavily suspecting that there was a dude behind the sheet. I'm 99% sure they knew it was a dude, agreed to go along with the lie to get some action, then falsely claimed fraud once the post-nut clarity sank in. Is it right that this guy should go to jail because their hookup partners experienced buyers remorse?
For real though 28 months is definitely excessive but I’m not quite sure what the proper punishment should be.
