https://www.washingtonpost.com/climate-environment/2024/03/18/chrysotile-asbestos-ban-epa/ Uhhh… good? I mean… it wasn’t banned before?!?!
I mean, logic it out; there's a lawfirm on TV that ONLY does mesothelioma cases now. You don't dedicate a firm to asbestos if you're just waiting out the boomers who had asbestos bedding as kids.
The Canadian government also dragged its ass on banning asbestos, mainly to pander to the froggies in Quebec since one of the largest asbestos mines in North America was in a Quebec town called... wait for it... Asbestos.
Am I to infer that the guests at scum-a-lago are now exposed to the substance because orange maniac? The news might not be all bad, Joe Rogan and RFK might start pitching the stuff. So does @Steal Your Face or @Uncle Albert want some money to redo their insulation with asbestos to please their Russian overlords? It would go well with their lead paint and probably that leaded gas using broke dick jeep @Jenee loves to suck him off in so much. Can we make an exception for Trumpanzees in flyover states? I do not want to deprive them of the meso.
In the 60s for the school art project I did, asbestos powder was my choice of medium. It was so easy to mold once you add water.
Not quite. My mother’s settlement has been less than 50K all told. It’s still paying out and distributing across 5 of her children. But, not any where near a million dollars.
Not sure if you’re serious or not, but in case you are, you’d have to get onto a …. group(?) lawsuit. I’ve never looked into it personally, only received checks after my mother’s passing, but I don’t think they do those suits individually. Not a large enough payout for individual cases.
I think it depends on the doctor you get. I suggest Dr. Nick. He may be a simpson, but he is guaranteed to find your symptoms.
So the suggestions are @steve2^4 needs to have Dr. Nick look for meso in his ass in the closet. Any other suggestions?
