However a jury of his peers did find him civilly guilty of denying Nicole Brown Simpson of her civil right to life for which all his money was taken from him and eventually he did serve time for trying to steal back his Heisman trophy later.

This is similar to how a jury of his peers has twice found your boy Trump civilly guilty of raping E. Jean Caroll and then lying about it.

Presidents who haven’t been charged with crimes, despite the fact that they clearly have committed some sort of crime, why do you think that is?

Trump is not even not convicted or found to not have enough evidence to charge with a crime. As far as I am aware there has not even been an impeachment of Biden that found that there is something to charge him with, and that is with the repugs really tryi9ng to stretch the law and use faked and imaginary evidence. Trum,p has been impeached twice, indicted many times, charged with multiple crimes, and even found guilty of some financial crimes and civil penalties. The charges are still pending in the criminal cases and no one has declared him innocent. Biden is not even getting off on he is the president and cannot be charged like Trump was.

The boy thinks that Biden is more guilty despite all of that and the reality any of the offenses he thinks biden is guilty of pale in comparison to Trumps. What is worse is the boy ignores every area where Biden may not be criminal, but he is certainly far more guilty and responsible than Trump in creating problems for america. Biden is a deregulation monster that Trump only wishes he was. Biden has accomplished his career long goal of overturning Roe and making abortion illegal in many areas. He had a bit of help from Trump, but he has been far more anti-abortion than Trump is and has influenced the supreme court with his work in politics. Biden has encouraged and been involved in killing more muslims than Isreal as a senator and VP. Biden helped multiple economic collapses and was a driving force in the deregulation that made them. That is not to mention his present transportation secretary is letting the railways go apeshit and spill toxic goop everywhere while Boeing has planes falling apart mid air because no one wants to regulate them.

Not that dipshit is going to mention any of those real things.

It's been a good run.

I hate a lot of what Biden has done in his career, but it is something we allow as legal. I think lobbying should be much more regulated to where it is no longer legalized bribery. I think there needs to be restrictions on trading, and we need to watch for bribes coming in through family members, along with special access. Some of it we may not be able to avoid, but do not get me wrong, Biden is unethical, rapey, and has been a dixiecrat when it comes to rights for women, brown people, and people who his crazy cult storybook says is bad.

The responsibility for eliminating Biden from the presidency falls upon the people at the moment, so my defense of Biden is moire of an admonishment of the people for allowing immoral and unethical shit to be thrown at them while not demanding laws and regulations be made to stop that and criminalize some of Biden's corrupt actions.

There are very few presidents who "clearly" have committed some sort of crime and who were not charged with a crime or at least impeached. By clearly, I mean that proof beyond a reasonable doubt either existed or could reasonably be said to exist. And by "crime" here, I'm talking about things that were obviously illegal/unconstitutional at the time the acts were done. Thus, we excuse such uncomfortable truths that a number of our presidents were slave-owning rapists, etc.

Of the ones who it can arguably be said to have committed crimes:

Some actions that could still be considered illegal/unconstitutional, like Lincoln's suspension of habeas corpus, FDR's sending Japanese-Americans to internment camps, the use of the Bomb, were probably deemed justified because of war and/or the lack of international standards.

Nixon: the fact that President Ford pre-emptively pardoned him prevented him from being charged with any crimes associated with Watergate.

Clinton: although he could have been potentially charged with perjury for Paula Jones-related testimony a) it is rare that people get charged with perjury b) it would be a difficult, if not impossible, thing to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that his weaselly answers were both material and knowingly false c) there was a deal brokered where he exchanged giving up his law license in exchange for not being prosecuted for perjury.
