I was originally just going to post "fuckin' loser, go outside or something ," but then I checked my own post count.
I used to care very much about my posts, especially back in my TBBS days, and then once I reached somewhere around 2,000, I kind of stopped caring and just started having fun. I don't know why it mattered so much. By the time I was shoved out the door over there, I had somewhere around 80,000 posts. That's a fuckload of posts. Hell, here I have nearly 20,000, so that's a combined 100,000 posts over 20 years. Fuck. Fuck. I've wasted my life. Oh, I mean, congratulations!
I don't even know how many I have. But I can check after posting this post. 14,665, which comes to 2.03 per day since my join date.
truth be told, I really need to get out a little more. the last few months working at the shelter have been draining as I'm not really trained for the environment nor the clientele (about half refugees). I get home and basically shut down. working on upping my game though. A lot of short trainings/seminars coming up and my manager is working on getting me some place I'm a little more suited for and ideally letting me work with the collaborative care team a couple days of the week. also the housing unit manager is trying to get funding allocated to bring me on f/t in that department to do a lot of the same type of duties.
yeah, I was here in that first migration. then the board shat itself and I had to rejoin. pissed me off because my original member number was 47 I just like the milestones and palindromic numbers. Was kinda miffed when I let 29992 slip by yesterday. oh well.... 30003
more of a long plateau. but much like Railroad Tycoon 2, it just got to seeming predictable, simplistic, and repetitive, with limited functionality. .
I have 10k posts on TrekBBS but at least 80 percent of those were created in the first three years after I created the account
Trekbbs had the lounges set up by post count. And if you wanted to hang out in the lounge and play games and talk about nothing with other posters you liked, then you upped or slowed your post count.
23.5k here. I want to say I'm gaining on you, but I've mellowed out from my prolific posting days at LoNAF. So yer hitting 50k by July right?
I didn’t realize how close to 25k I was. With my luck it’ll probably be telling off Federal Farmer. what a waste.
