Here's the "elevator pitch": "A bum with a dark past takes shelter in an abandoned building only to find that it’s populated by his personal demons. There’s no escape. And then it gets worse."
I'm not familiar enough with that filmmaker to say. What I can say is that, being totally unfamiliar with that filmmaker, he had no part in inspiring this story.
Hmmm......sounds good, but Woody Allen had a movie with a similiar plot. I think it was The Devil and Max Devlin but I'm not positive.
I'm safe enough. This will be a novella, possibly even a novel. Second, it's been an age since Woody Allen played with it. Third, and finally, this will be for print, not for film. I'm good.
