The ironic thing is that age discrimination only applies if someone is at least 40. So a company can't refuse to hire someone just because they're 65. And yet they can refuse to hire Federal Farmer because he's a teenager.

Also note that the lower third labels him as "Vice President." So it happened before the 2020 election. Was he on the campaign trail in 2020? Or was it shot in 2016? I don't know. Don't particularly care. He might have been tired out from campaigning, or he just might not like Hillary. If it's the latter, are you going to argue with him on that?
I notice that the person at the mike also has their eyes closed, and that nobody in that thread linked to video of the event. Is it possible that this was during a prayer? Or that both Biden and the speaker blinked at roughly the same time?
