The idea that at least ONE of the fuckin animals which make life difficult for the rest of us got an immediate comeuppance for his error. Every once in a while, one of the scumbags we'd all be better off without gets an on-the-spot consequence for his or her preditory behavior. without going through a long and tedious process of trying (and very often succeeding) to acomplish an escape from consiquence.
