Everybody already knows what he did so there's really no point in going into details, he just needs to be reminded sometimes that we remember and he'll get what's coming to him if he's not careful.
But he has a very solid defense: he says he didn't do it, and he has at least six different witnesses who can attest to the fact that they didn't see him do it.
What are you talking about? He's never denied it, and on occasion he vaguely admits that he did it. It would probably be easier if he denied it, because of the Law of He Who Denied It, Supplied It.
