Does anyone know of any way to quickly and easily save ALL pictures and attachments in a text conversation?

I'd really rather not scroll back through months of messages to find all the pictures I want and save them all piecemeal.

    Thanks!

Details: LG v20 with stock messaging app. Android 8.0.0

I know that there are apps for Google Voice which will do this, but I don't know if there are any for the stock messaging app. I do know where you can find this out, however. The Android Central Forums are chock full of folks who know all the crazy details about various phones and if they can't help you, no one can.

There used to be an app called "Save MMS" would that would do exactly what I am looking for, but it doesn't appear to be available on the Google Play store. Or else it's not available for MY phone anyway.
