    But I don't even know what race my crew is? We used to be Romulans, then we were part of the Federation, and now we're just...whatever.

    According to what I'm seeing in the config file, it actually doesn't go by ATL, but by Hull size.

    It doesn't go directly by hullsize, because when I started off I was a level 21 hull , level 15 engines, and level 1 everything else and had no problems whatsoever staying camped in sector 0.
