Yeah, I saw it. It was great. The Andorians used their ice powers on Picard and froze him in carbonite. Then Captain Robert April came from the past and killed them all with his Iron Man suit, but not before Boba Fett sold Picard to Jabba the Hutt. Soon after that, April joined forces with Buck Rogers and Twiki to locate Jabba's secret base on the Planet Kobol where he was guarded by hundred of Cylons, Psilons, and Klackons. I can't wait for part two!
Obama does cameo as starfleet CnC McCain has part in new movie as an erratic Commodore. Biden a Klingon General you poorly quotes shakespear.
Picard gets killed by Megatron, and hands the matrix over to Riker. Darth Vader is Riker's father. Troi is a man. Geordi was dead all along. "Make it so", was Picard's sled.
Picard and most of his command crew were court-martialed for taking half a nebula to realize "Hmmm, maybe we shouldn't have waltzed into a black pit from which we can't call for help if we're ambushed . . . ?"
Today on the Sci Fi Channel , they showed the new Starship enterprise with a new Commander. I don't know who this guy was, but he definitely wasnt Picard
The schedule for the Sci Fi channel shows that they ran an episode of Star Trek: Enterprise, today (Monday), at 5:00 PM.
Do you mean Nemesis ? Picard dies at the end firing his phaser and some big gun of the week weapon. Riker becomes Captain of Enterprise at the end.
Enterprise? Oh. Well, the borg send themselves back to First Contract to destroy humanity. Picard and company follow. Picard defeats the borg on the Enterprise. Meanwhile back on Earth, Riker and Troi fuck up the mission and tell Cochrane who they are. They even show him a picture of the future Enterprise. Picard and Riker go home. Cochrane on the other hand gets a bunch of new ideas he never had before and screws up the timeline by making a new futuristic ship that never existed in the original timeline. He even calls it 'Enterprise'. TOS, TNG, DS9, and VOY are wiped from the timeline. They are replaced by a group of people who REALLY like mediocre time travel stories.
You talking about "Enterprise", the prequel series, which ran from 2001 thru 2005? Or are you in some alternate universe?
As near as I can figure, our friend the OP saw an episode of ST:Enterprise and had no idea that it has been off the air for three years and that ST:TNG had been over for 14. Our friend wondered why Picard was not Captain anymore, despite the fact that the ship looked totally different and not one crew member was leftover from any previous ST series.
