On one hand I do not want to be around some asshole playing space invaders in the middle of the street. On the other hand I support any idiot who cannot put away their phone for five seconds getting run down and killed for playing a game. Is there any way we could combine this with lawn darts? I guess it is time to install a ram on the front of my car.
