from what I understand if you let the stuff sit around in your nuts it does eventually cause the cells to go all cancer wonky. Obviously a woman's parts would not have such a problem as they self clean rather annoyingly from what I have gathered, but you do want to keep the flow going so the cells do not have enough time to get too familiar with each other. For the dumb ones, if you hold it in too long it sort of rots from the inside so have a good fap and be healthy.
