I see those banners below people's names with things like banned or formerly important. I was wondering if I could get a tldr one?

So routinely writing posts that aren't TAOTPDR (too all over the place, didn't read) isn't a long-term option?

Yeah probably not.

I could go with TAOTPDR if the mods wanted.

Perhaps it is called a custom title.
