Batboy has travelled to many fun and exotic locations, what with being a batboy and all. However, when Batboy travels, Batboy is usually busy thwarting nefarious plots or escaping from Evil Scientists. Batboy has recently learned, however, that Batboy will be spending a good deal of time in London this coming summer, and that Batboy may actually have free time to spend during which Batboy will likely not be being chased by probe-weilding presbyterian proctologists. Batboy is rather excited about this prospect. Batboy is thus hoping that Britforge can provide Batboy with whatever suggestions or wisdom Britforge may have. Batboy appreciates any and all input.
I fear for Batboy, for the Van Helsing family resides in England, and may well consider him to be a vampire to be staked!
Batboy should not consider himself confined by the M25, but should make an effort to see different bits. Without forcing himself to use too much of our shitty transport system, I'd recommend Canterbury, Brighton and Stratford upon Avon, and also a visit to my own neck of the woods, Colchester, where he could visit the oldest Norman castle in Europe. Brighton is, um, interesting, and the rest have lots of history, if Batboy's tastes run that way...
What lurkie is eloquently trying to say, is if Batboy, lives up to his moniker and likes batt(y) boys, then he could do a lot worse than Brighton. Canterbury is worth it for the cathedral and various other bits, but I'd try and stick to London. More sights than you could fit in anyway, regardless of what strokes your ferret.
Batboy would quite enjoy Bristol. I'm the only mad scientist there, and I'm harmless as my interests do not run along chiropteran lines.
