It presents a middle-school biology explanation which is GENERALLY true as an absolute - which it is not. Laying aside ignorant digs at "gender fluidity" - intersex conditions are an actual real thing that we've known about for almost the entire history of the race, and since we've understood genes and studied them, we've known that XX and XY are not absolutes, but that there are exceptions. You don't even have to get into the whole spectrum of transgender discussions to recognize that the presentation is faulty.
