I'm currently discussing three billing irregularities with the hosting company. They've been A- up until this point, but bluntly, they're trying to recover from a total billing system failure (including database corruption). Until we resolve these issues, I've said I'm not paying them one penny because the bill isn't due until 10/21/08 even though they're showing me three months past due. They've made no threats about pulling the plug over it yet, though. I just thought I'd let y'all know in case something happens over the weekend or something while I'm not around.
Problem solved. They sent a final email that basically said, "I'm sorry! Please forgive me. Don't leave meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. "
