Every so often when I go into a the board software chops off the bottom of the page, leaving out whole posts, the reply box, the page list, etc. I'm seeing this from both my computers and public computers as well.

Anyone know what is going on with this?

I see that too. I should take a screen shot next time. Below the last "post" is just black and white text of what a missing post should say. EDIT Test

I'm experiencing this as well, most often after I edit -- posts around my edit disappear.

It only happens after I do a quick edit. Just refresh the page until Nick or O2C can get it fixed.

Refreshing doesn't work, most of the time when this happens. And like Gul said, it is most common after an edit, although sometimes it just happens when I enter a thread.

I have problems and I'm running IE5. I've allocated up to 100mb ram and the bbs still quits.
What have you got on this thing that even with 100 ram, just THIS site shuts down on me ? It's weird. Didn't happen when I posted a few days ago, but since then, nothing but trouble. I've shut off both avatars and signatures, but it still overloads my browser.
Sorry, but can't upgrade unless I get a new computer, which I'm working on.

I vaguely remember something like this happening to me when I had my old Macintosh. I think I fixed it by clearing the cache every once in awhile.

Same version here. Haven't tried IE, though.

I seem to be getting an odd error message whenever I try to change my user title. Every time I click the save option, it tells me I have an invalid birthday

Is that cosmic karma for having an flid in my AV?

    I did. Same result

Unless 1st of Feb 1900 isn't a valid date anymore(sorry for stealing your birthdate Lurkie ;) )

[edit] Ok, working now. Either a board hiccup or me being a spacker. I know which I'm going for.

Chalk me up as another one who's had this problem. However, I've only had it when accessing from my girlfriend's computer, not my laptop or work computer.

OK here's the error I get a lot, usually toward the end of the page.

    Anyone else?

I got that one right after the last upgrade for a time, but then O2C did something to fix it.

The munched post containers I THINK are an incompatibility between one of the hacks (I don't know which) and Firefox. But I can't trace it down because for some reason it never happens to me when I use Firefox, whether on Mac, Linux, or Windows. It used to happen in Safari as well but we fixed that particular variant of the bug somehow. It's frustrating.

This attachments thing I haven't heard about. I'll take a look.

Okay, I've seen the attachment problem and the cause... just gotta figure out what's causing the cause.

I figured it realized that my attachment would stretch the screen and linked it instead.
