Peculiar story. Apparently he's the only celebrity in SoCal who doesn't have at least a full-house security system.
I recently was forced (wasn't my TV) to watch the last half hour or so of "The Rock" and talk about some bullshit! Explosions, people on fire, people riding on missiles, give me a fucking break.
While completely over-the-top and a typical Michael Bay hyper-edited two-hour music video with lots of gunfire, The Rock was his best movie in that he had a fantastic script to work from (something he never had in any of the Transformers movies). The dialogue was snappy and fun, and the characters weren't one-dimensional. "Your best? Losers whine about doing their best. Winners go home and fuck the prom queen." I also always loved this exchange: Cage: "I honestly think that anyone considering bringing a child into this world is an act of cruelty. So what's your news?" Gina: "I'm pregnant." Cage: "Really? Wow." Gina:"So did you mean what you said about having a child being an act of cruelty?" Cage: "I don't remember." Gina: "You don't remember? Stanley, you said it 26 seconds ago!" Cage: "Well gosh, so much has happened since then."
