I think the people decided and it will be put into the constitution of that state and that takes the judges out of it. It has to be constitutional if its in the constitution and that should end it. I am tired of hearing about it. The gays raised a big crowd for Obama and it bit them in the ass big time.
The real problem that causes this shit is judges legislating from the bench. It ought to be a capital offense.
