    Well, it mentions David Lynch, and David Cronenberg.

    A scan of their films yeilds up little.

    The plotline that closest resembles this clip is Cronenberg's "Shivers".

    No sign of them ever collaborating, much less on "Shivers".

    But, my gut says "Shivers".

    Parasites that alter people's behavior into ravenous orgiastic sex zombies.
    Mad scientist kills his mistress by removing her organs.

    Sounds like it could be it to me.

    Hmm...I'm looking and looking, and there's no mention in "Shivers", about ripped out fetuses, and monster fetuses.

    I have no idea what this is.

    It closely resembles themes in "Shivers", though.
