As my Chinese history teacher, who spent about 10 years in China liked to point out (with photographs even), Chinese citizens can and do own guns. They're just not quite as widely available as they are here. But please, explain to me how your AR-15 is going to "even the odds" when local police forces often look like this:
The Uighurs have guns, you twat. China has a lot more.
