Exactly the sort of thing @Fisherman's Worf would do. I hope that on your way to work on Monday when you stop at a gas station to fill up and get some coffee, that while you're gassing up someone sneaks up and lets the air out of one of your tires, so that you have to drive over to the air pump on your flat tire and risk damaging your rim (it'll probably be fine though), then go back in to the gas station to get some quarters for the pump, have trouble removing the valve cap, and then end up being five minutes late for work. That kind of thing would serve you right! Edit: Also @Bickendan, but he's only two minutes late to work and his boss doesn't notice.
Well he could forget where he put the valve cap when he's done and waste five minutes looking for it! Not that I would ever do such a thing......

funny side note: back in the day a guy in my unit had a flat tire in the pouring rain. He put the lug nuts in a styrofoam cup for safekeeping during the change - sounds like a smart move so far, right? Alas, he looked up just in time to see his cup full of lug nuts floating down the edge of the street where they sailed right into the storm drain. Things started to snowball from there, and long story short, he ended up having to scrounge money to get his runaway dog out of the pound. It made sense when he explained it all.
If that were to happen, instead of posting dumb call out threads I'd be over analyzing things in my Blue Room thread, and no one wants that either. The tire? Yeah, one gets the point across. If someone's going to do all four they might as well just slash the sidewalls and stop being a coward about it. Yeah, it's totally justified and not overkill in the slightest. Also, that wasn't sarcasm and my call outs are not in any way satirical.
Only if you purposefully try to see if you can get a cup-o-lugs to float away and fall down a drain while fully aware that you need those lug nuts and it's a bad idea. Regular dumb is accidental, Kommander-dumb is done on purpose.
