    One could argue they already have by letting local, state, and federal governments pass various gun laws.

    Two even if you want to say point one is invalid I don't think you'd find a single gun owner who would expect any future Dem-appointed judge to not overturn any previous precedents.

    Just look at the Dem politicians as soon as they get in state office. Immediately they start pushing anti-gun laws.

    Why would Dem-appointed judges be any different?
