    Alright, I'm not sure whether this guy (?) is a dual or not but he is in caht right now and would like to have his account activated - so just run your usual spooky shit and if he turns up clean activate his account IMHO. :hood:

    But remember, they may not be who you think and just assuming they are some kind of dual isn't nice.
