Ya know, I could overlook the abortions he supported for his ex-wife because he wasn't preaching that it's LOLZ EVUL at the time. I thought he might have just had a change of heart until the other crap came out. :jayzus:

Don't you see, they had good reasons for abortion and thought it through, they are different to all the other people who treat it like a day at the fun fair.

Completely off topic but to this day I still get a kick out of the fact that Mobile's Panned Parenthood is across the street from Chuck e Cheeses.

You like to talk about freedom a lot, but when it comes to freedoms that aren't personally of use to you you're just a coward who's too scared to give a fuck and live up to his rhetoric. If you don't give a fuck about a woman's freedom to control her own body and you don't give a fuck the hypocrites who would take that freedom away, then you'd be better off fucking off and killing yourself than ever claiming again to care about freedom.

When you say you care about freedom you're a liar and a coward.

...not obligated to be a shrill, goosestepping activist fuck like you.

See, it's not enough for men to just not object to abortion. Of course, one of the standard snarls when men do object is that it's none of our business. But then it's supposed to be our business when it comes to cheerleading for it. Apparently, we're obligated -- obligated, gods damn us! -- to strap on the pom-poms and get to fuckin' marchin'! Eins! Zwei! Drei! Handspring! Eins! Zwei! Drei! Cartwheel!

Fuck you. If somebody doesn't give a shit, leave 'em the fuck alone, you shrill cunt.

things like this is why I don't believe for a minute that as many on the right say when they see

"We live in a center right country".

    We don't.

Because I believe that Americans often advocate a more conservative belief system than one they are actually willing to live.

Just about all the "family values" politicians who want to legislate their morality think their laws are for everyone else but not themselves. But the stupid "family values" voters keep falling for the scam so who is really to blame?

Yeah, I'm with Muad and Marso. It's only a lawmaker trying to mandate what 50% of the population can do with their own bodies, it's not like it's anything important like a change in tax rates or people not being allowed enough weaponry to arm a small African republic.

I think most people now realize that what other people do in their bedrooms and with their bodies is none of their business, and that the world is not black and white, nor is every woman June Cleaver. The idea of fretting over some teenager dropout having an abortion or two boys doing some Brokeback Mounting isn't something on their minds as they go about trying to pay for their kids' education and keeping their house from foreclosure.

I rag on California for much of its stupid financial decisions and its nanny state laws, but I'm glad I was never exposed to the kind of backwoods idiocy that I've seen out of some people in the Senate this past election. :jayzus:

Is it Muad's or Marso's business? How would you prefer them to care?

Oh you, what a hoot you've become, nothing but random insults and obscenities. You're every bit the epitome of the drunken donkey fanatic cheering and booing from the sidelines. :techman:

As for the rest of you, shame on you for egging him on, you know he's not right in the head. Or are you really that wound up about another politician's mistress having an abortion?

Or is it the hypocrite angle? Cuz that could be fun, there are plenty of politicians who've been more than a tad hypocritical over the years. It'd be interesting to see how consistent the donkey faithful really are.

Truth is this is but another episode in the soap opera that passes for legitimate political discourse in the US.

Bailey, abortion will never be outlawed outright in the US. It's just not going to happen, end of story. Heck around here healthcare might not be free but abortions are, same goes for condoms and while not free, no prescription is needed for Plan B.

    This. :bailey:

I'm not against a woman's right to choose- it's just one more area where I think government as a whole should butt the fuck out.

Liet, your shrill, liberal whining does not impress me. Go change your sheets, bedwetter.
